Home Supplier Match

Personalized Home Supplier Match

One clear direction.
Suppliers worth considering.

Know the home product you want to sell, or still deciding where to start? We’ll agree on one practical product direction, then I’ll research suppliers, compare their answers and explain the options that fit your opening order.

Where are you starting?

You can bring a product.
Or a promising idea.

The first conversation narrows your requirements to one coherent home or kitchen product direction. We agree that brief before supplier outreach begins.

01 · I know the product

I need help finding the right supplier.

Bring your product references, specifications, target quantity, selling country and budget. I’ll compare suppliers against those requirements, including the practical cost of an opening order.

Send my product brief →

02 · I need product direction

I need to choose a sensible starting line.

Tell me about your customer, preferred look and available capital. We’ll narrow your ideas to one practical product line before the search starts. This discussion is part of setting the brief, not an open-ended product strategy project.

More than a catalogue picture

Does the whole order
make sense?

A product can look right but miss your budget once minimums, packing and delivery are considered. I separate what a supplier has confirmed from what you still need to check before paying them.

Order minimums

Pieces per design or colour, case packs and any separate minimum spend.

Product fit

Available materials, dimensions, finishes and branding options against your agreed brief.

Quoted terms

Price basis, sample charges and lead times where the supplier confirms them.

Delivery risks

Packaging, fragile-goods considerations and questions to resolve before an order.

How the match works

From your brief
to a decision-ready shortlist.

01 · DISCUSS

Agree one brief

We confirm the product direction, search country, customer, destination, budget and must-have requirements before payment.

02 · RESEARCH

Contact suppliers

I research relevant candidates and ask initial questions about their fit. I do not pad the report with unsuitable names.

03 · COMPARE

Assess the trade-offs

I compare available product, order and commercial information and flag gaps that remain unconfirmed.

04 · DELIVER

Receive your report

You get explained recommendations, contacts and next steps. One clarification round follows delivery so you can understand the recommendations and next steps.

Your personalized report

Know which supplier
to approach first.

The report brings supplier responses and Issy’s judgement together. It shows why each option is worth considering and where a technically suitable product may still miss your desired look, order size or price.

  • Three to five explained recommendations where viable, with direct contacts and relevant links
  • MOQ, minimum spend, sample information, pricing and lead times where confirmed
  • Material, construction, finish and packaging information relevant to your brief
  • Trade-offs, unanswered questions and a recommended first approach

Supplier terms can change. The report distinguishes confirmed information from points you must verify before ordering.

Clear scope, better decisions

What the $247 match covers.
And where it ends.

Included

  • One supplier-search country and one agreed home or kitchen product direction
  • Up to two closely related product subcategories within that direction
  • Initial supplier research, outreach and qualification
  • A report with 3–5 explained recommendations where viable
  • One clarification round about the delivered report

Separate support

  • Another country or a different product direction
  • Repeated changes to material, construction, colour or design after the brief is agreed
  • CAD, prototypes and ongoing product development
  • Sample coordination and repeated sample revisions
  • Continuing factory negotiations, orders, inspections or freight

The matching project ends when the final shortlist/report and one clarification round are delivered. If you need me to continue working with a factory, I’ll explain the next service and quote it separately before further work begins.

After the shortlist

Need more hands-on help?

You can contact and work with recommended suppliers yourself. If you want me to manage the next stage, we’ll agree a new scope before it starts.

Your next step

Start with a conversation.
Pay only after we agree the brief.

Tell me the product you want to sell, your customer and selling country, approximate sourcing budget, and any examples or suppliers you have already found. If you are undecided, explain the ideas you are choosing between.

I’ll confirm whether this match is the right service, the product direction and the supplier-search country. If we agree to proceed, I’ll send a payment link. The 3–5 working-day target begins after payment and a complete agreed brief; supplier response times can affect delivery.

Before you decide

Useful answers.

Do I need to know the exact product already?

No. We can narrow your ideas to one practical home or kitchen product direction before supplier outreach starts. The match does not cover an open-ended search across unrelated products.

What if I have questions about my report?

One clarification round is included to explain the recommendations, trade-offs and next steps. A revised shortlist, changed specifications, different product direction or another country is a separate scope.

Can you develop or change the product with a factory?

Yes, that can be proposed separately after a suitable supplier is identified. Repeated design changes, construction discussions, CAD and prototype rounds are not included in the $247 match.

Will you arrange samples, orders or shipping?

No. The match delivers research, supplier qualification and recommendations. Sample Concierge, ongoing supplier communication, purchasing, inspections and freight are separate.

What if fewer than three suitable suppliers respond?

I will not add unsuitable suppliers simply to reach a number. I will explain what the research found and discuss whether the original brief can be adjusted or needs a different sourcing phase.
