BUILT AROUND YOUR BRAND

You have a vision.
Let’s find who can
help make it.

The right product is only part of the match.

Your manufacturer also needs to make sense for your budget, opening quantities, packaging and the market you want to sell in. Those details guide my research and every supplier conversation.

THE WORK BEHIND YOUR MATCHES

I contact the suppliers.
Then I weigh the answers.

01

Your brief

You share your product, budget, quantities, selling market and must-have requirements.

02

Reviews & outreach

I review feedback from previous clients, then contact at least 20 relevant suppliers with your requirements.

03

Responses & questions

I gather and compare supplier responses, then ask further questions to understand the fit.

04

Your best matches

I narrow the options to 3–5 suppliers and explain why each was selected and whom to approach first.

YOUR PERSONALIZED SUPPLIER MATCH REPORT

Understand your options.

Your report brings the research and supplier conversations together, with clear explanations of each match and practical guidance on moving forward.

01 · Your brief02 · Supplier comparison03 · My recommendations04 · Questions to confirm05 · Your next steps

Built around the decisions you need to make.

  • Your requirements, kept in focus. Your product, budget, quantities, branding needs and selling market guide the recommendations.
  • 3–5 matches, with a reason for each. Understand the strongest options, their differences and where a backup may fit.
  • Practical supplier details. Contact information, relevant product links, minimum orders and available information on pricing, samples, packaging and lead times.
  • Questions to settle before committing. See which details still need confirming with the manufacturer before you order.
  • A clear starting point. My recommendation on whom to approach first and guidance for that conversation.

Supplier information varies by product and availability. Your report distinguishes the details available from the questions that still need answering.

How a recommendation
comes together

Illustrative beauty example adapted from the structure of a completed fashion sourcing report. This is not an actual beauty supplier recommendation.

EXAMPLE BRIEF

A founder seeking private-label skincare, with a manageable opening quantity and branded packaging.

Supplier A
First option to assess
The report explains how the product range, order requirements and branding options relate to the brief.
Supplier B
Alternative to compare
See where another option differs on quantities, packaging or the sampling route.
Before ordering
Confirm the sample process, final quotation, packaging charges and lead time for your exact requirements.

MY RECOMMENDATION & YOUR NEXT STEP
Who I would approach first, why they deserve your attention and what to ask before moving forward.

Client details and supplier identities are omitted. The content and length of your report will depend on your brief.

OPTIONS FOR THE LONGER TERM

Three strong matches.
Room for a backup plan.

I aim to identify three strong matches for your requirements, with up to two additional backup options.

If production slows or your preferred manufacturer can’t fulfil a future order, you’ll have alternatives to assess. Sampling and approving them early helps you prepare before a supply issue becomes urgent.

A REAL SOURCING SITUATION

A perfect product match.
A change in the business picture.

A US client sourcing private-label foundation and concealer received a shortlist that included two Canadian manufacturers. Their products were a strong match for her needs.

When changes to import costs made those options less workable, she asked for alternatives outside Canada. Understanding what had changed was the starting point for revisiting her shortlist.

One extra revision is included.

If your shortlist doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll discuss the reasons first. That conversation guides the additional research and revised recommendations.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you
get started.

Can I use this service for my first beauty brand?

Yes. Describe the product you want, your approximate quantities, selling market and important requirements. You’ll need at least US$1,000 starting capital separate from the service fee. This service focuses on supplier research and matching.

Do you contact manufacturers yourself?

Yes. I review feedback from previous clients, contact at least 20 relevant suppliers, assess their responses and ask follow-up questions before narrowing the shortlist.

Private label or custom formulation?

Private label generally means selling a supplier’s existing product under your branding. Custom formulation involves developing a formula around particular requirements. Include your preferred approach and customization needs in your brief.

What if I’m unhappy with my shortlist?

One additional revision is included. We’ll discuss the reasons first so I can understand what needs to change and guide further research and supplier communication.

Are samples and products included?

No. The fee covers personalized supplier research and matching. Products, samples, shipping, testing and other supplier charges are separate.

Does a recommendation guarantee performance?

Recommendations are informed by reviews, supplier responses and follow-up questions. They do not guarantee product quality or future performance. Assess samples and confirm specifications and commercial terms before ordering.

Can you help after I receive the shortlist?

Your match includes guidance on approaching manufacturers and one additional revision following a discussion of your concerns. Further support with supplier communication, samples or the next stage can be arranged separately.
