Ready-stock boutique sourcing · Private label using existing designs
BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
A good-looking collection
needs to make business sense.
Your suppliers need to fit more than your moodboard. Opening quantities, size packs, fabric requirements, target retail prices and shipping all affect whether an option works for you.
Share your inspiration, customer, product categories, selling market and budget. I use those details to focus the search and guide the supplier conversations.
CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT
Stock your boutique.
Or build your own label.
Ready-stock sourcing
For retailers looking for existing collections to buy wholesale. The research considers your aesthetic, price position, size requirements and manageable opening orders.
Private label
For founders looking to put their branding on a manufacturer’s existing designs. I investigate minimum orders, labelling options and the supplier’s requirements.
Original custom designs, pattern development and production management require a separate scope and quote. Supplier matching does not include those services.
THE WORK BEHIND YOUR SHORTLIST
I ask the questions.
You get a clearer direction.
Your brief
We establish your style, customer, products, sizes, quantities and budget.
Research & outreach
I look at feedback from previous clients, then contact at least 20 relevant suppliers with your requirements.
Compare & follow up
I weigh their responses and ask further questions about the details that affect your fit.
Your report
You receive 3–5 matches, reasons for the recommendations and guidance on whom to approach first.
YOUR PERSONALIZED SUPPLIER MATCH REPORT
Understand the options.
Know what to do next.
- A focused comparison. Each supplier’s role, why they fit and the trade-offs to consider.
- Useful supplier information. Contact details, product links, minimum orders, size packs and available pricing or lead-time information.
- Guidance for your opening order. Buying considerations shaped by your budget, quantities and collection priorities.
- Questions before payment. Details to confirm about fabrics, sizing, samples, labels, shipping or restocks.
- A practical next step. Whom to approach first and how to move the conversation forward.
Information and report detail depend on your brief and supplier responses. Final prices, availability and terms must be confirmed before ordering.
A quiet-luxury boutique
with a limited opening budget.
Adapted from a completed fashion supplier report. Client and supplier identities are omitted.
- The brief
- Polished womenswear, a defined size range and accessible retail pricing, with a longer-term own-label ambition.
- The decision
- Prioritize a coordinated ready-stock test order before committing to a larger private-label run.
- The fit
- Compare a primary collection supplier with alternatives for tailoring, size coverage and future private label.
THE RECOMMENDATION
Keep the opening order focused, account for shipping and other costs, and use sales evidence to guide the next stage.
A real example of the reasoning behind the service, not a promise of sales or a template for every business.
OPTIONS BEYOND YOUR FIRST ORDER
Three strong matches.
Room for alternatives.
I aim for three strong matches, with up to two additional backup options. Each should have a clear role in your business, rather than simply adding another name to the list.
Another supplier may help you compare prices, fill a size gap or assess an alternative when your first choice is unavailable.
Evaluate samples and approve alternatives before relying on them for future orders. Product fit and availability can vary between suppliers.
If the shortlist doesn’t meet your expectations, we discuss the reasons first. That conversation guides the additional supplier research and revised recommendations.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Bring your vision.
Let’s find the fit.
Have your moodboard or reference images, product priorities, size range, target prices and approximate budget ready.
Separate from the US$247 service fee. Samples, stock, shipping and other costs come from your sourcing budget. Private-label minimums may require substantially more.
This is an entry requirement, not a promise that US$1,000 covers a complete launch.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Your questions,
answered.
Can you help me open my first boutique?
Yes. Share your customer, style references, product priorities and budget. The service helps you identify suitable suppliers and understand the next sourcing steps.
Can I put my own label on the clothing?
Include that requirement in your brief. I investigate suppliers offering private label on existing designs and compare their minimums and labelling terms. The supplier must confirm the exact arrangements.
What does one sourcing brief cover?
One business direction with related product requirements, a shared customer and budget. If you need several unrelated collections or sourcing routes, discuss the scope with me before ordering.
Will every size or fabric requirement be confirmed?
I ask about the requirements in your brief and highlight information still outstanding. Confirm garment measurements, fabric composition and exact style availability before purchasing.
Do you place orders or manage production?
The fee covers research, supplier matching and guidance. Purchasing, sample coordination, freight booking, inspections and production management are not included and can be discussed separately.
What if I’m unhappy with the shortlist?
One additional revision is included after we discuss the reasons for your dissatisfaction and clarify what needs to change.
