The report distinguishes supplier-confirmed details from open questions. If fewer than three suppliers genuinely fit, I explain the constraint rather than padding the list. Prices, product quality, availability and terms need confirmation before you order or sample.

What happens after I send my brief?
We discuss what you want to source, your customer, size requirements, selling market and approximate budget. I confirm whether this matching service fits and agree one focused brief with you. If we decide to proceed, I send the payment link. The 3–5 working-day sourcing target starts after payment and a complete agreed brief; supplier response times can affect delivery.
Can you help me open my first boutique?
Yes. Share your customer, style references, product priorities and budget. The service helps you identify suitable suppliers and understand the next sourcing steps.
Can I put my own label on the clothing?
Include that requirement in your brief. I investigate suppliers offering private label on existing designs and compare their minimums and labelling terms. The supplier must confirm the exact arrangements.
What does one sourcing brief cover?
One agreed sourcing country and up to two closely related fashion product categories for the same business direction, customer and budget. We define this before payment. Another country, unrelated range or changed brief needs separate scoping.
Will every size or fabric requirement be confirmed?
I ask about the requirements in your brief and highlight information still outstanding. Confirm garment measurements, fabric composition and exact style availability before purchasing.
Can you keep speaking to suppliers after the report?
Initial questions needed to qualify suppliers are part of the match. Repeated follow-ups, price or MOQ negotiations, specification changes, samples and managing supplier communication after delivery require separate support.
Do you place orders or manage production?
No. The fee covers the agreed brief, supplier discovery, initial qualification and the final report. Ordering, sample coordination, freight, inspections, production management and ongoing factory communication are separate services.
What if a recommendation misses my agreed brief?
Tell me which requirement was missed. I will clarify the recommendation and correct any error in the report against our agreed brief. The included round is for clarification, not an open-ended new search or repeated replacement of suppliers. A changed brief or additional country is scoped separately.
